These Terms apply to the Quill website, careers applications, and related pre-launch pages at quilbot.xyz. By using this site, you agree to the rules below.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Quill ("Quill," "we," "us," or "our") for your use of https://quilbot.xyz, our careers pages, Discord invite links, and any related pre-launch services (collectively, the "Site").

By visiting the Site, submitting a careers application, or joining our Discord community through links on the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services, to use the Site.

Quill is a Discord moderation platform in pre-launch. The Site is intended for community updates, careers applications, and general information until our full product launches. Quill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

3. Description of the Site

The Site currently provides a coming-soon experience, links to our Discord server, legal information, and open roles on our careers page where you may submit applications.

Features, launch timing, and available roles may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that any role will remain open, or that using the Site will result in employment or early product access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent careers applications.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate Quill staff or other applicants.
Upload malware, spam, or harmful content through any form on the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin tools, or databases.
Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site except as permitted by law.

5. Careers Applications

When you apply for a role, you submit information through forms we publish on the careers page. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to share it.

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee review, interview, or hire. We may remove roles, close applications, or delete submissions at any time.

We process application data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Quill name, logos, website design, and content on the Site are owned by Quill or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission.

Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. All other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, application outcomes, or reliance on pre-launch information posted on the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
